Brain Gym
Brain Gym is a program of 'educational kinesiology' that seeks to overcome learning challenges through a repetition of physcial movements to activate the brain for optimal storage and retrieval of information. It is based on the principle that intentional movement promotes optimal living and learning.
Brain Gym is primarily a program for children, however, it is widely utilized for teenagers and adults. It encourages a healthy balance of physical and mental play, self-responsibility, and self-expression.
